Fuel oil tank of suitable capacity fabricated out of mild steel is provided. The fuel tank will have all connections for supply, return, drain and visual checking of the quantity of fuel present in the tank. Complete fuel oil piping from the fuel tank to both burners is provided alongwith the return line.

Fuel Oil Tank & Piping

A forced draft fan is provided to supply air the primary and secondary chambers. The F.D Fan is dynamically balanced and is connected to the electric motor.

Forced Draft Fan

The Induced Draft Fan maintains the balance draft and draws out the clean gases into the atmosphere through a 30 Meters high stack. The I.D fan is dynamically balanced. The ID is belt driven and connected to an electric motor.

I.D.Fan

All inter connecting ducting between scrubber and droplet separator is provided. The ducting from the secondary chamber to the venturi scrubber is refractory lined from inside.

The flue gases then enter tangentially into the droplet separator, which is of cyclonic type by the action of centrifugal force, the larger droplets present in flue gases settle down. The droplet separator is manufactured out of Mild Steel and is rubber lined 3mm thick from inside. The re-circulation tank is integral with the droplet separator.

The control panel supplied with the Incinerator is placed separately. All controls will be housed within this control panel. The panel is duly powder coated and made out of CRCA sheets. The control panel is pre-wired. However, the external wiring is to be carried our at site.

Electrical Control Panel

This is also fabricated out of Mild Steel and refractory lined similar to primary chamber. This is equipped with fully automatic burner. A temperature indicating controller is provided which controls the burner firing and is connected to the control panel. The operating temperature is 1050+50 degree C.

Post Combustion Chamber / Secondary Chamber

This is fabricated out of Mild Steel and is refractory lined from inside. This is equipped with waste charging door, ash removal door and automatic burner operated by temperature indicating controller which is set at 800+ 50 degree C. High pressure air from the forced draft fan is provided through a number of nozzles fitted in the walls of the primary chamber. Since refractory is very thick and air is circulated within the chamber, it ensures a very low skin temperature of the Incinerator. The primary chamber is provided with a separate ash door for removal of ash from the Incinerator.
