The system uses the waste water warmth of sanitary block. The heat pump lifts a

Temperature level of sanitary water to a wanted level and then goes to the drain on

Cocks.

ADVANTAGES
Energetically optimal choice, minimal consumption of work energy-generating products with maximal heating effect. For the same heating effect this system needs 5-6 times less energy than the electrical or oil boiler plant.  
Financial effects of using heat pump gives 5-6 times lower energy expenses. That means that, in comparison with other systems, the investment in the heat pumps pays of in 3-6 years time.
It depends on energy price and hot water consumption.  
Ecologically, application of  this system means 5-6 times less CO2 and other gases in the atmosphere. The waste water separator, which this system uses, prevents draining of unwanted different solid materials in the main drain pipes systems.
Heat recovery from lower temperature waste streams (e.g., hot water or low-temperature flue gas) Equipment is not fouling, occurring during the handling of -dirty- waste streams, is another barrier to more widespread use of heat recovery systems. Innovative, affordable waste heat recovery methods that is ultra-efficient, are applicable to low-temperature streams and suitable for use with corrosive or -dirty- wastes as well as improved against performance of existing applications.
