Waste Bale Press

Fill oil up to the top level of oil indicator. Use tellus 37-68 oils.
Connect the power supply and give a start.  If the direction of the engine is correct, it will work;
if not it will not work. Change the location of the power supply and restart.  Take the operating arm from where it has been banded and put to its original place and check if it is working up and down.  Press the arm up and down and verify the movement of the piston.  Press is ready to go. Open the front filler cap and fill the materials. Then lower the piston and repeat the same process until you reach the desired press force.   To tie the bail; stop the press while it is pressing. Open all caps. When the bail is free, wire and tie the bail by passing the wires through the wiring channels. Restart it.  Lift the piston up.  Take the free bail, close all caps again and repeat the procedure for new bail.

Waste bail press with 50-100 kg makes bails of plastic, cotton or paper with dimensions of 90*50*100cm.
