Recycling plant of worked-out tires reprocessing

Work of the instalation is based on the uninterrupted pyrolizedprocess. Under condition that occurred toxic substances decay andutilize, end products are ecologically clean: electric power, scrapmetal of A5 grade, briquetted carbon residue.
The principle or module installation work.
Cartyres come into the shredder and then as cut pieces come into theloading knot. Thanks to the unique construction of loading andunloading knots developed by us, the pyrolized process going on inuninterrupted and hermetic regyme. Raw mass heated by  recuperativewarm up to 300 C moves from the loading knot into reactor. Preliminaryheating of raw mass allows to decrease technological time of pyrolizeand reduce electric power consumptiom. Glowing of solid residue takesplace in unloading area under high temperature impact with decaying oftoxic substances.
Pyrolized mixture of gases goes from reactor intogas generator where it transforms into electric power. Toxic substancesdecay under  high temperature in gas generator at burning of pyrolizedmixture. The rest toxic combination in exhaust gases are decayed oncatalytic converter.
Hot exhaust gas comes into external tunnel cellular casing of reactor for heating of its active zone.
Allthe gases which can infiltrate in the loading knots, unloading andsealing at extra pressure in reactor, come into gas generator forfurther burning. That allows to decrease forming smells and minimizearea for sanitary zone.
Cooled residue comes into the separation andbriquetting knot where deviding in two fractions takes place and thenit forms in briquettes from scrap metal and carbon residue  inproportion 12% and 28%.
Combustion gases exhausted by modul comes to the electrostatic filtres where catching of carbon black takes place.

    Thanks to the new technological solutions PGM works in uninterrupted regyme with doubled recuperation
    Work of PGM doesnt need external sources of energy
    Percentage of pyrolized gas producing is brought to 60%
    Technology is ecologically clean and safe from the point of view of  labour protection.
Techno-economical indexes of pyrolized gas generator of modul recycling 20 tones (PGM -20) worn-out car tyres daily:
1.    PGM -20 needs area of 450 square metres
2.    Serving staff are 8 people per shift.
3.    Total weight of PGM-20 is 35-40 tones.
4.    Overall dimensions of modules do not exceed allowable norm for transportation on highways.
5.    PGM-20 can recycle 600 tones of worn-out car tyres per month
6.    Producing products:
       Electric power 3 720 000 kWt/h.
       Solid residue 168 tones
       Scrap metal of 13A grade 72 tones.
