1- Body, side and top covers are manufactured in 2 mm. steel plate.
2- Resistance of side and top covers are increased by shaping convey under press.
3- Resistance of them is increased by making profile the all sides of body completely.
4- Loading boxes are manufactured in 5 mm. steel plate.
5- Wheel carriers are welded, that is an under gas welding technics, to the body strongly.
6- Fixed and movable wheels are fixed to the carries by under gas welding technics.
7- An Unclock/Opening handle on a cover, two movement handles on the body and inner locking system are provided.
8- 2 fixed wheels and 2 rotary 360 degrees wheels for carrying are available, wheel measures are 150x45.
9- Metal surface preparatory is treated by emission for cleaning from the rust, oil, grease and for covering phosphate its surfaces before dyeing metal surfaces of containers.
10- After purifying them from oil by a chemical mixture for dye, and after subtereatments are completed by covering phopphate with the purpose of preventing corrossion and providing the dye to stick well on the ground colour and 2 levels industrial colour are dyed in industrial synthetic dye as last tayer/covering upon desire colour.
11- Garbage Containers have a Turkish Standart Quality Certificate (TSEK)
