Automatic waste containers welding equipment

**In some containers assembly companies similar process to complete requires up to two days using two persons manual labor and traditional manufacturing means.

*Assembly means steel sheet/plate welded together with reinforcement channel(or other type) U profile placed according to computer generated drawings (E.g.Solid works).

Our company GTV has recently developed and constructed an automatic assembly* welding equipment for manufacturing of bottom and side panel of various Roll-on Roll-off type containers. Present welding equipment is designed for maximum dimensions up to 6,5m length and 2,5m width. The welding installation enables dramatic reduction of manual labor and therefore reducing cost as well as significantly increases productivity of such operation.

Bottom and side panels of the Container stay totally flat even at intense welding. 1 side panel of the standard container is fully assembled in 20 minutes (size 6500mm x 2500mm where 9 reinforcements are welded to the bottom panel** It takes less than 2 minutes per one U profile). (The same size bottom panel only with double amount of reinforcements (U shape profiles) takes 40 min to assemble). One operator is required to service the equipment.
