1. Pyrolysis without breaking: conventional pyrolysis needs to shred waste rubber
tires first, but our company can do without this process and thereby save costs of
shredders, cutters, power and avoid noise of shredding tobe more competitive in
cost. In addition, Our technology can handle large-sized tires which other
companies are reluctant to shred because of large tear of shredders or cutters.
2. Oxygen-deficit low-temperature pyrolysis: based on our technology, we
adopts continuous-type pyrolysis at low temperatures to avoid dangers incidental to
high-temperature operation. Waste rubber tires are disposed in vacuum furnaces
without contact with air (oxygen).
3. No secondary useless by-products: Our science can completely generate and
separate carbon black, steel wire and pyrolytic fuel oil without any secondary
wastes. Some of local factories are unable to do so, leaving econdary wastes, such
as steel wire with tar on surface, for disposed of by burial.
4. Disposal of multiple wastes: the techonology allows disposal of different wastes
such as solvents, plastic containers, waste oil and oil sludge in a pyrolytic furnace.
Our team will dispose of waste rubber products in the first phase.
5. The produced pyrolytic fuel oil for use by heavy industries is especially valuable as
international prices of crude oil are on the rise.
6. With sufficient control equipment, the sujested customer is able to completely prevent air

Thechnological features
Our company has innovated pyrolytic technology to convert waste rubber
tires and lubricant oil into resourcescarbon, steel wire, pyrolytic fuel oil, with the
technology distinguishing it from fellow companies in Taiwan. With the distinctive
technology, E-SUN has attracted investment from the Japan and obtained customer
from U.S.A. of taking deep root in Taiwan for global operation.
Prospects of environmental protection technology
Like most countries in the world, Taiwan is faced with problems in disposal of waste
substances because substances unable to be broken up by natural processes should be
handled through laying at selected sites, landfill or burning which, however, cause
environmental pollution and even human diseases. Therefore, technology capable of
properly disposing of such substances without pollution incurred and even recycling
resources will certainly have many business opportunities.
The estimated global market value of environmental protection had grown from
US$498.9 billion in 1999 to US$513.8 billion in 2000 and US$609.2 billion. In the
meantime, Taiwans production value and the corresponding global market share were
respectively US$2.744 billion and 0.55% in 1999, US$2.929 billion and 0.57% in 2000,
US$4.352 billion and 0.71% in 2005.
Due to the large business prospect, the Taiwan government has selected
environmental protection as one of 10 new promising industries for target promotion.
Technology of handling wastes is increasingly important due to growing volume of
wastes and decreasing space available for conventional landfill, especially for Taiwan
because of its scarce natural resources and high population density. As industrial wastes
generated along with economic development have become an environmental burden to
deteriorate environmental quality, Taiwan is faced with a challenge of how to sustain its
environment through minimizing wastes and managing to disposing of them into energy
or other resources.
