The Std.underground models use Biosocks with an option of the liquid dosing system to avoid opening the cover.

The above-ground models use an automatic dosing pump to inject liquid Biomass fluid into the grease trap at night after the kitchens have closed to supplement the biomass. An economy version is available using the Biosock system where a Biosock hangs from a lanyard inside the grease trap and is replaced only once every 4 months.

There is a large range of models available for installation above ground (inside the kitchen) or underground installation.

PPD Biomass grease traps provide a perfect environment for the specially selected microbes to create a sustainable grease-eating biomass. This biomass consumes the collected grease, oil and sediment and remains active for long periods of time without any maintenance.
