Waste-Water Covers

The basic construction material is composite of polyester resins armed with fiberglass. There are produced various variants of composite having in view the optimal costs with respect to established resistance and functional requirements.
All basic raw materials are based on the American production program of firms ASHLAND and VETROTEX what guarantees the highest recurrent quality.
Barrier preventive layers protecting the surfaces of laminate from atmospherically conditions as well as from vapors and gases of air-tighted environment are made of high-class isophtal gel coats MaxGuard in optional colors from RAL pallet.
Multilayer hybrid constructions do contain as well filling materials of string, of core from stiff foam PU and PCV and Firet Corematerial. In dependence of needs there are to obtain thermic isolating covers with highly reduced heat conductivity.
All screw joints are made of stainless steel A4 (00H17N12M3) and the sealing binders are produced by Sika Poland.
All constructions are produced by our own from acid proof steel.
Cover's elements have necessary manholes, revision holes and ventilating holes leading away biogases, according to individual designs.

The geometry of composite elements (flat elements, shells, bowl and tray elements) is every time the subject of individual analysis. It depends on reservoir's structure, type of sewage and outside loads. The technical designs of covers and composite elements are worked out with taking into consideration the following norms:
- snow load according to PN-80/B-02010
- wind load according to PN-77/B-02011
- icing load according to PN-87/B-02013
- temperature load according to PN-86/B-02015
