        1) It is composed of over 40 chemicals.
        2) Chemical reaction begins in 30-60 minutes at 60-70 degrees centigrade.
        3) The process time is 2 - 3 hours.
        4) It shall be replaced partially in 3 - 6 months.
            It will cost 200 USD or so incl. utility charges a year.
 
     2. Quick Cooling :
        * Condensation ----- > Distilled water  < Salinity : 0.8 - 0.9 % > 
           It takes 2 - 3 hours.
