RSI-15 Solvent Distiller

RSI solvent recovery systems, depending on the contaminate in the solvent, can easily be cleaned. The residue can either be contained in a high temperature cooking bag, that is firmly held in place by a "bag retainer ring", or easily wiped out of the shiny stainless steel tank. All RSI Counter Top systems are designed for the safe solvent recovery of volatile and flammable solvents. Each is designed to be explosion proof and is therefore well suited to distillation of flammable solvent.

Each can recycle a wide variety of solvents, through heat distillation, used in most industrial processes. RSI systems recover those solvents a batch at a time.

RSI , Recycling Sciences, LLC, (herein after referred to as RSI) Counter Top Distillation Systems, are solvent recovery systems designed for high volume solvent waste streams in distinct batches.  Depending on the tank capacity, systems can be ordered with either the 120 Volt to 240 Volt classification. And vacuums, as accessories, can also be ordered with electric powered vacuum motors. Naturally, all are explosion proof so they can safely be operated in Group I, Division C and D, hazardous locations.
