Biomass Gasification is an advanced process, which can covert agriculture waste into usable gas, its a clean fuel.
It will covert waste material into money, and benefit energy shortage communities. Especially in developing countries,
where fossil fuel and coal are not available or in shortage , however there are plenty of agriculture waste are available,
but people do not have technology to convert waste into energy. Following is a simple diagram to show that our process
can provide two systems to the communities, it is environmental friendly and affordable.
a. Material:
Rice hull, wood scraps, bark, bagasse, corn cob, agriculture waste and even grass.
(Moisture content less than 25%)
b. Power Generating Capacity: 1,000KW,
c. (200kw/unit. Expandable to 5,000kw.)
d. Plant Building : (1,000kw power plant)(For Power Generator installation)
360 sq. meter(20,000 sq. ft.)
e. Land space:(1,000kw power plant), (for Gasification Reactor installation and other usage)
2,000 sq. meter (20,000 sq. ft.)
f. Material Storage Area:225 sq. meter (2,250 sq. ft.)
Depend on type of material and storage quantity.
g. Material Consumption:
1.2kg-2kg materials can generate 1 kw/h electricity .(Depends on raw material)
h. Manpower required:(1,000kw power plant)
15 person (3 shifts)
i. Project Time Frame: Approx. 8 months after receipt of contract and Letter of Credit.(Not include ocean transportation period)
