DT-2000 is on first sight very similar to the DT-1500 compactor when it comes to design. The main difference is that DT-2000 is equipped with a special container, which accommodates with the standard garbage trucks lifting system. The waste from the container will be emptied directly into the renovation truck. DT-2000 is a very good alternative where the waste can be delivered directly to the garbage trucks. Examples are passenger ships (marine use) or supermarkets and hospitals. The DT-2000 with extra containers has been delivered to all the Norwegian coastal liners as their main waste management system. The DT-2000 can also be adapted to a vessels garbage chute system, with chute inlet on the rear side.
