Garbage Bin

Painting: the whole container is cleaned prior to coating/painting. The inside of the containers are coated with two coat fiber reinforced plastic resin or equitant polyurethane resin. The outside surface of the containers are painted with two coats of anticorrosive paint to ensure long lasting structure suitable for handling raw garbage under corrosive conditions.

Materials: the material for the container would be steel confirming to IS 2062 adequate provision for corrosion should be included in the design. All MS sheet to be above 1.8 mm thickness and bottom plate to be 2.4 mm or above.

These containers are provided with specially designed top cover which opens automatically when container lifter lifts it and tilt into the hopper for this purpose. The container is provided with special link arrangement, which is operated by the compactor/DP System. The container construction is of pressed steel sections for ensuring adequate required strength for handling with compactor lifter. Also container is designed to be light weight and with facility of easy handled. A drain plug /hole would be provided to drain the lactate or for cleaning.

Closed type having capacity from 1.0Cu. Mtr to 7.5 Cu. Mtrs with adequate strength to handle a weight made of reinforced steel frame and cladded with DIN standard.

Garbage collection container would be used for storage of Municipal solid waste. The container may also be used to half of its capacity for storage of construction waste, debris,silts.etc.the container having compatibility with the refuse compactor, Skip Loader, Dumper Placer System,
