Principle of operationDeteriorated oil is directed through mesh filter mounted into pipeline of gear oil pump delivering oil into oil heater. Oil heating up to + 55C. . . -. . . + 65C is carried out by heat-transfer agent. From oil heater through the pre-filter the oil moves to the vacuum vessel whereas dissolved water in the oil under exhaustion evaporates. Water and gas vapor is drawn off by vacuum pump, from the vacuum vessel the dehydrated oil is drawn off by the pump through the fine filter.
