Garbage Bin

Painting: the whole container is cleaned prior to coating/painting. The inside of the containers are coated with two coat fiber reinforced plastic resin or equitant polyurethane resin. The outside surface of the containers are painted with two coats of anticorrosive paint to ensure long lasting structure suitable for handling raw garbage under corrosive conditions.

Top door hinges, top & bottom frame supports, angle and flats will have continuous welding. lifting pins, locking arrangement of door is heavy duty of rugged steel. four heavy duty swivel castors(360 degree turning )including two wheels with locking devise and steering guides. The wheels are capable to take the container weight. Materials: the material for the container would be steel confirming to IS 2062 adequate provision for corrosion should be included in the design. The minimum weight of container shall be about 125 kgs. All MS sheet to be above 1.8 mm thickness and bottom plate to be 2.4 mm or above.

Basic specification: the container would have a top hinged door with locking arrangement with provision for tipping of the wastes. The loading height will be less than 1000mm. overall volume is 1100liters.

These containers are provided with specially designed top cover which opens automatically when container lifter lifts it and tilt into the hopper for this purpose. The container is provided with special link arrangement, which is operated by the compactor. The container construction is of pressed steel sections for ensuring adequate required strength for handling with compactor lifter. Also container is designed to be light weight and with facility of easy handled. A drain plug /hole would be provided to drain the lactate or for cleaning.

Garbage collection container would be used for storage of Municipal solid waste. The container may also be used to half of its capacity for storage of construction waste, debris,silts.etc.the container having compatibility with the refuse compactor equipment, should be closed type having capacity of 1100 liters(1.1cum.) with adequate strength to handle a weight of about 600 kgs and made of reinforced steel frame and cladded with DIN standard.
