A breaker set that consists of variant breakers is used. It has high working efficiency and compact structure. The breaking room is a two-halves structure, which makes easy to replace knife lfywheel. All the knife flywheels are made of high hardness, good abradability and high impact properties. All the driving systems use a totally-enclosed planet-gear speed reducer with hard gear faces, which has the characteristics of great load-carrying ability, low noise and long service life.

Structure Characters:

This machine is used for cutting tires, which have separated from the steel wire sheaves and tire beads. It can cut the tires without wires to rubber blocks, so  as to provide the wire separator with suitable small rubber bolcks.
