Vacuum Oil Purification System

Capacity: - in the degasification, heating, filtration mode-1. 0 m3 per hour, - in the heating and filtration mode-1, 4 m3 per hourUVM-6-system is designed for thermo-vacuum processing of transformer, cable, turbine and other types of oil via degassing, nitration, drying and purification to remove gas, water and solid particles, and also nitration and heating. Capacity: - in degassing, drying and cleaning-1. 0m3 / h- heating and cleaning-1. 4m3 / hThe system is used while mounting, repairing and operating oil-filled high-voltage equipment of both geometrical and non-geometrical voltage up to 1150 kV (power transformers, high-voltage switchgear etc.) , and also turbines. The unit can be used for heating of oil-filled devices by hot oil, for vacuuming power transformers; a heated operator workstation has been foreseen in the unit. The unit consists of two separate sections: oil section and vacuum section, connected with a vacuum conductor. The oil section is meant for degassing and removal of solid particles, nitration, heating and pumping of the oil. The section is designed in climatic package U1. The vacuum section is meant for air exhaust, evacuation of non-aggressive gases and fumes, previously purified of condensed moisture and mechanic contaminants, from airtight vacuum systems, particularly out of the vacuum column of the oil section. The unit is designed in climatic package U1. The oil unit is a metallic carriage, containing a vacuum column, an oil-heater filter, a receiver, inlet and outlet oil pumps, absorption meter with a pump (made in Taiwan) , oil pre-filter and coarse filter, a control cabinet, stop valves and regulating valves, oil pipelines and vacuum conductor. There is lighting in the carriage. Section operational parameters are controlled by temperature control with the TSM sensor, a vacuum control device with PMT lamps, vacuum pressure indicators and an absorption meter. The electrical system provides for shutdown of the unit when oil flow is missing, when the oil-heater overheats (with an audible alarm signal) , and prevents short circuits, wrong phase alternation and abruption of one of the phases. Oil processing temperature is maintained automatically.
