ZL02 2 76238.8), adopting state-of-the-art Indirect air heating heat radiation technology, the heating components can warm up temperature around and heat radiation container can uniformly warm up the oil, adopting low load of heated surface, less than 1.1W/cm², and therefore no oil aging or pyrolysis caused in general heating mode. The heating components are anti-oxidation and the heating container is made of stainless steel. The heating pipe is designed for auto-turbulence of oil liquid, high-efficiency heat conduction and no out-of-reach oil area.

Oil jet protection patent technology: using our compangy sprayfree patent technology (Patent No. ZL2004 2 0060973.6), adopting state-of-the-art imported oil level control technology, it carries out automatical oil level control through testing signal by electronicl swtichs and feeding back the opening and closing information of pipes controlled by electromagnetic valve which will influence the oil quantity flowing into the vacuum separation chamber. It employs electronic switch which can even feed back the level of the foam to ensure accurately control it and thus there is no possibility of oil spray.

2stainless steel air-water separating: The double-stage vacuum separating chamber contains special stainless steel air-water separating tower with large area, leading to the formation of film-alike oil and stereo-evaporation; built-in full automatical distributor made with hydrophobic matierial which can be autorotation,  carry out oil and water atomization a second time. It contributes to long-term contact of oil current with the chamber and therefore the optimized effect of one-time separation.

The automatic balanced inter-stage liquid level leads to inter-stage pressure difference. It ensures the capability of quick air pumping and high operating vacuum degree. This quipment is compact in structure, lightness, mobilizable, simple in operation.

Feaures

The to-be-purified oil is filtered for the elimination of Impurities after the oil flow into the coarse strainer through the oil inlet valve, then heated by the heater up to certain temperature using the automatic constant-temperature digit-display temperature controller and transferred in the double-stage vacuum separating chamber. The burst and atomization of the heated oil through the atomization injector causes huge-area oil film in the double-stage high-efficiency separating tower. The water/air content is vaporized in extremely short time, which leads to the separation of oil from water and air: The isolated vapor and harmful gases enter into the condenser for the discharge of ice or water. The extracted oil liquid is then pumped by the special-purpose oil feed pump and transferred in the pure filter, where mechanical particles are eliminated. One-time cycle of purification shall be completed to meet the requirements of actual application.
