Electric control system .we use Schneider electrical controller to make sure plant operate effectively.
Gas treading system consists of air pump, spray thrower and cycle pump. There are some gases after waste oil treatment, to protect environment, we need to find a good way to treat it. Gas treating system use organic solution to sprinkle and absorb treatment. Thus the gases will be dissolved. At first air pump will feed gas in the spray thrower which full of water and chemical liquid. It can absorb the harmful gas, at last the exhaust machine will take out gas.
Additive inputting system consists of deceleration electrical machine, feeder and scroll bar. Putting additives into feeder, then operate deceleration electrical machine which will start up scroll bar to take additive to reactors.
Filtering system consists of oil feeding tank, hydraulic pressure pump, pressure gauge and frame board filter. We install 1.6Mpa of pressure gauge, hydraulic pump will stop working when filter pressure reach to given point. Frame board filter, which can remove the tiny impurities, has a good ability to purify a great deal impurities. Thus the oil after reacting will be faltered in time, improve the working efficiency and save cost.
Heating system mainly consists of heater, conducted heating oil pump, conducted oil, heating steel tube and temperature sensor. At first the oil will be heated by heater then oil pump feed the oil into steel tube to make heating exchange between conducted heating and waste oil. Temperature sensor will send signal when temperature reach to given point to stop heating. Turn off conducted oil pump when wasted oil treatments finish. Then whole system will stop working.
Reacting system mainly consists of one to four reactors with blender. Adding additives in to reactor will make waste oil color and hydrocarbons separate. Oil level displayer in reactor make sure how much oil we feeding in. Temperature sensor will send signal when temperature reach to given point to stop heating.
The machine of NRY Series includes following systems: reacting system, heating system, filtering system, additive inputting system, gas treating system and electric control system.
Contaminated oil get into the primary filter by the pressure difference outside and inside, large particles are removed first, then the oil get into oil reactor and start to heat, certain amounts additives are added into the reactor, it can remove the free water, and free carbon, colloid will make a polymerization reacting by the function of physical and chemical methods. Then the oil will go to the filter system, all polymeric carbon, colloid, impurities will be removed. The gas will be removed by gas treater and vacuum tank under the function of degassing and dewatering. Then, the oil passes through the high precision filter to filter off impurities, getting purified oil similar with new one.
