Waste Paper

1. Mixed Paper (code#3) - consists of various qualities of paper but not limited to the type of
    baling or fiber content. Prohibitive materials may not exceed 2%. Total out throws may not
    exceed 10%.
2. Corrugated Containers(OCC#11) - consists of baled corrugated containers with liners of
    either test liner, jute or kraft. Prohibitive materials may not exceed 1%. Total out throws
    may not exceed 5%.
3. Hard White Envelope Cuttings - consists of baled ground wood free cuttings, shavings or  
    sheets of untreated, uncoated, bleachable colored envelope paper. Prohibitive materials
    are not allowed. total out throws may not exceed 1/2 of 1%.
4. Sorted White Ledger - consists of printed or unprinted sheets, shavings, guillotined books,
    cuttings of white ground wood-free ledger, bond, writing paper and all others which have a
    similar fiber and filler content. This grade is free of treated paper. Prohibitive materials may
    not exceed 1/2 of 1%. Total out throws may not exceed 2%.
5. Coated Book Stock - consists of coated, ground wood-free paper, printed or unprinted, in
    sheets, shavings, guillotined books and cuttings, a reasonable % of paper containing fine
    ground wood, may be included. Prohibitive materials - not allowed. Out throws up to 2%.
6. News De-Ink Quality - consists of baled, sorted fresh newspaper, not sunburned, free from
    magazines, white, blank press-room over-issues and others but not news, with not more
    than normal % of rotogravure and colored sections. Prohibitive materials are not allowed.
    Total out throws may not exceed 1/4 of 1%.

    Note: Total moisture content of each kind of paper may not exceed 10%.
