SKID MOUNTED DOSING SYSTEMS

We design & manufacturing of skid mounted dosing systems.First tank is batch mixing cum storage.Thes  systems incorporated slow speed motorised agitator, one loading pump which are laod the liquid from mixing cum storage tank after complete batch to dosing tank.The dosing pump[ screw pumps we design as per viscosity of liquids ] 2 working & 2 standby.The agitator & pumps are run automatic through 4-20 mAmp. signal. The control panel incorporated with VFD. MCB, RYB, ON /OFF [ Mannual / automatic ] switch, PLC, SOUND  ALARM.The hole equipments are mounted M.S. ISMC frame.
