Ceramic Membrane Filter is the newest hi-tech product from our company. Based on 8 years of joint-project with university. The Ceramic Membrane Filter is composed by the porous alumina supporting tube and micro-pore alumina membrane coated on its outer or inner surface. As a new and high efficiency solid-liquid separating medium, the Ceramic Membrane Filters are characterized with high strength, excellent anti-acid/alkali and thermal resistance and easy-cleaning, they are widely used in industrial area of foodstuffs, pharmacy, chemical industry, petrol-chemical industry and environment-protecting area.

This kind of membrane is made with fine ceramic substances for filtration, which has porous structure and high performance characteristics. Its porous support lays and transition lays are distributed in symmetry form, and its filtration precision includes MF, UF and NF.
This membrane filtration is a sort of filtration of liquid-solid separation of "cross-flow"  type. When the raw solution flows in the channels, and under high pressure, solution containing small molecular pass through the membrane and concentrated solution is clogged, then, the purpose of separating and concentration reached.  
Application:
1)  Biochemical and Pharmaceutical Industries: Clarification of fermentation
liquids, purification and separation of Chinese medicine.
2) Environment Protecting Engineering: Clarification and separation of turbid water and wastewater.
