Contaminated water supply will enter to the membrane filter inlet and flow in one direction only.
Water will only enter into to the central tubing as membrane capillary at inlet side is seal ended.
Water will be diverted to each individual capillary and passes through outside the membrane capillary
Contaminants are trapped outside the capillary whilst pure water is filtered into it and released via the filter outlet
 

Filtration Mode:

S2000 is designed with Outside-In flow configuration (contaminants are trapped outside of membranes capillary and clean water is flows into it), the inside surface of the capillary membrane remains completely clean during the whole filtration process.

How does S2000 Membrane Water Filter work?

1. Superb Filtration. Since the pore size of the S2000 Membrane Filter is only 0.01 micron, smaller than bacteria, the membrane is a barrier to most type of contamination and even viruses. This is proven by experiment conducted at laboratory.
2. Automatic Forward Flushing. Provided with a programmable automatic flushing timer means user has not much of operation to handle in maintaining the filter, yet a 9V battery will be sufficient to energise the controller for 1-2 years. 
3. Flexible installation. S2000 Membrane Filter can be installed either horizontally or vertically, wall mounted or floor mounted to suit site condition.
4. Less Wastage of Water. S2000 membrane has all its filtered contaminants concentrated at one end-point and thus flushing out is extremely fast and easy, backwash takes approximately one minute. 
5. Compact, slim & sleek housing design. With compact, slim & sleek tube-form casing, S2000 Membrane Filter will not consume much space and therefore suitable for high profile properties.
