 Compact, skid mounted design.
Inexpensive bag filters are used to capture the majority of the water jet cleaning process waste reducing consumables cost.
The parallel filter design enables the machine to continue to operate with a fully loaded primary filter until it can be replaced during scheduled maintenance.
Filter status and preventive maintenance alarms are integrated into the machine control and preventive maintenance software

The Dirty Water Filtration System is the first of two process effluent filtration steps used to recover the process water and re-introducing it back into the intensifier pump. The waste water generated during the water jet cleaning process is automatically filtered to remove solid waste larger than 5 microns in size. Integral to the filtration unit is a clean water storage tank and a pump to transfer the pre-filtered water to the Clean Water Filtration System for finer filtration.
