Physical Catalyst

Our Physical Catalyst is a diamagnetic catalyst encased in an aluminum housing whose container is a hermetically sealed cylindrical copper tube. In use, the cells cause changes in the attractive and magnetic forces between the liquid, the mineral particles, the pipes, and the fixtures.
Our physical catalyst, is an excellent alternative to the traditional chemical treatments. In fire-tube boilers, replaces softeners and internal chemical treatment in low pressure boilers. In medium and high pressure boilers, is the ideal complement for softeners and demineralizers and also eliminates the need for chemicals in the feed water.
Our Physical Catalyst breaks up already formed scale, including silica and ferric oxide, and prevents new build up. It does not generate corrosion and on the contrary, when eliminating chlorides, phosphates and oxides' scales, it reduces their corrosive action. Since no other elements (chemical) are added to the water, its density is not altered, thus allowing optimal heat transfer.
Maintenance costs are drastically reduced. Down time for maintenance and cleaning processes is eliminated. Systems are modular, so there are no limitations on flows to treat. The system is installed in the make-up water line, using a simple by-pass similar to a valve installation in a pipe.
Its low cost makes this technology affordable to any kind of boiler.
Our Physical catalyst system is 100% effective as anti-scaling and anti-oxidant in cooling towers, in circuit's pipes, compressors, condensers, chillers and heat exchangers. It eliminates the need for softeners and chemical treatments. Controls algae and fungi formation substantially reducing the use of algaecides and biocides.
Maintenance is very simple. Down time for "special" cleaning process is eliminated.
The Physical Catalyst systems are modular and water volume or flow in the circuit (GPM) will determine the size of the equipment. These are installed inside the circuit, at the tower and condensers outflow and before the pumps, exchangers, etc.
