Note: Carbon vessels are not supplied by QED.
This system consists of an air-operated control panel, an air-operated double-diaphragm transfer pump, a water volume totalizer with pre-filter, a pressure tested bag filter assembly, a back pressure sensor system, an anti-siphon valve, sampling ports and gauges at various stages in the treatment process, and a hose & hardware package; all enclosed within a lockable safety cabinet (QR Box). Tank Full Shut Off sensors can also be supplied as an option.
Water with dissolved contaminants is directly pumped into a holding tank.
Water can be pumped to the surface as part of a Dual Pump System where depression pumps are utilized to create a cone of depression. This water will typically be fed directly into a holding tank.
Total fluids that are first pumped into an Oil/Water Separator with the water being held in the separators final stage or being discharged into a holding tank.
The CTS System is an automatic water filtration system that removes dissolved hydrocarbons from contaminated groundwater water. The water source is typically from the recovery well. The water is available in many forms including:
