SCR ELEKTRONIKS make RO GUARDIAN (ROG) controller is used for automatic and continuous monitoring and control of reverse osmosis (RO) water and waste water treatment plants. It can continuosly
monitor the system for Low pressure, High Pressure, can check the conditions of 2 Instruments and also monitor water levels. The system operates appropriate outputs and gives relevant alarms in
case of faults. It also has an inbuilt conductivity meter that continuosly monitors and displays conductivty.
It can control 4 solenoid valves, 3 dosing pumps and a main pump. All of these features or some of these features can be selected easily through keys. In addition to this Auto Flush and Manual
Flush features are also provided.

3. Membrane keys for Settings
4. Programmable settings for monitoring conductivity.
5. Inputs such as Water levels and Instrument monitoring are optional and can be selected through settings.
Similarly outputs such as Dosing pumps and Solenoid valves are also optional and can be selected through settings.
6. Conductivity setting programmable from 1 to 9999
7. Operates on 230 V + / -10% Supply (As per order)

1. 2 Blinks when Instrument 2 malfunctions

1. 4 Blinks when Low pressure is developed
2. 1 Glows when dosing pump 1 gets ON
2. 2 Glows when dosing pump 2 gets ON
2. 3 Glows when solenoid valve 2 gets ON
3. 1 Glows when dosing pump 3 gets ON
3. 2 Blinks when conductivity reads exceeds setting value.
3. 3 Blinks when High Pressure is developed
4. 1 Blinks when water level goes above High level
4. 2 Glows when solenoid valve 4 gets ON
4. 3 Glows when Main Pump gets ON
5. 1 Glows when water level rises above low level, blinks when water level goes below low level
6. 1 Glows when solenoid valve 3 gets ON
