This sewage treatment plant requires no electricity. It is the FIRST 'green' sewage treatment plant designed to serve both domestic and commercial properties that have no access to mains drainage. This sewage treatment plant has the EN12566-3 certification and cleans the final effluent to a standard of 10mg/L Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) and 10mg/L Suspended Solids on a 100 percentile basis. The effluent quality is superb.
