Low BOD Recycled Water effluent : With a total of less than 10 mg / L, effluent can be used immediately for irrigation or further processed by UV light, reverse osmosis. membrane filtration, chemical dousing and/or electrical creation of Ozone disinfectant to produce potable water that is in fact, fit for human consumption.
Safe Water can be reticulated or stored for later use or released safely into the environment and water table.

The strained sewage passes into the reactor.  Bio-Xpress Reactors operate on a continuous aerobic digestion principle that mimics nature with all important improvements in speed, space, and safety.  The reactor has three stages.

The Buffer Tank screens these items and allows for their safe extraction and destruction or delivery to an approved land-fill site where they can be used for Biogas production.

The untreated waste is passed through a stainless steel strainer where the foreign matter is collected on a conveyor belt that transports to either a secure waste disposal bin or on-site incinerator without any need for physical handling.

The sewage flows into a buffer tank which screens, separates, and accumulates non-biodegradable waste and foreign objects such as sanitary napkins, condoms etc that inevitably find their way into any sewage system..  The buffer tank is also designed to hold and store any sewage that might be in excess of what the system is capable to process at any moment in time.  An unexpected surge that might otherwise result in overflow is contained.
