Water Leakage and flooding cause damage in area where critical equipment and lots of electrical and network cable is installed. Especially under raised floor area where floor panel is rarely open.
When there is water from air condition condensation,water pipe, water pump and etc., it always cause flooding. Flooding always cause money for carefully cleaning to prevent mould growth which is
much dangerous for closed room and sometimes replacement for floor insulation is required.
