TEDA Liquid Filter MaterialMicro-pore liquid filtration material is one of our representative products, which is made from 100% polypropylene. The media has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, high flux, outstanding capacity of dirt holding, good inertia in acid and alkali, non-poison and long service life, etc. The micro-pores' diameter of the final products, which is the most important technical indicator of the product, is tested by USA Coulter Porometer testing apparatus, and the index is automatically printed out on the graph of "differential pore number distribution". We also use the Porometer to monitor the semi-finished products as well, in order to warrant the stability and consistency of the quality. Besides, the other technical indicators such as thickness, Frazier and so on are also tested and monitored strictly. Thus, all the parameters can be controlled accurately in the different value ranges, to meet the unique requirements of our customer.
