Supply Effluent Treatment Plant For Oily Effluent

We have a system to treat the OILY Effluent mixed with water, coolant,etc. from engineering machine shops, automobile waste,edible oil manufacturing units. With our system we will separate the water from efflluent which could be either reused or disposed off in the swerage at the discretion of the industry. After skimming of the free floating oil from the effluent the residual and the emulsion will be treated and converted into sludge which could be easily disposed off in solid waste dumps. It is a simple and compact system in which wo do not add any polutant and the sludge remain least and very easy to dispose. The system is easy to operate and could be RETROFITTED into any existing Effluent Treatment Plant. In typical OIL stream effluent treatment plant we were able to reduce 4000-9000 ppm of oil to 5 ppmwhile the water was colourless and the oil waste was semi solid after it's separtion from the liquid. It is highly cost effective and eco-friednlyas we donot use any pollutantduring treating the effluent.
