As part of a package of our company's environmental protection equipments including belt-type filter press, aerator, micropore aerator, rotary disk aerator, screen machine and etc, LZ-ZB has been successfully applied in many wastewater treatment projects such as paper mill wastewater treatment, tannery wastewater treatment and municipal sewage treatment. ..    

The underwater part of the scraper is made of stainless steel with a service life of at least 20 years. The decelerators are imported from Germany, with a guarantee of no maintenance required for the first 3 years. The electric control systems are purchased from Siemens.

  

LZ-ZB peripheral transmission mud scraper and sucker (LZ-ZB) applies to the large and medium-sized radial flow secondary sedimentation tank for removing sludge mechanically. It has a supporting block in the centre and peripheral transmission on both sides with a large moment. It is energy efficency. The wastewater enters in the centre and will be discharged from the periphery to ensure uniform flow. The sludge is removed from the centre through spontaneous imbibition by taking advantage of the difference in head of liquid pressure. It is equipped with scum skimmer and remover and also overload protection unit. The control system can be connected to the computer as required by the clients.
