SHIPPING:
Please read thelabel and Material Safety Data Sheet for complete handling information beforeusing this product. The processing and use of industrial chemicals require adequate technical and professional knowledge. Ingeneral, avoid eye and skin contact, wear safety goggles, gloves and protectiveclothing. In case of eye or skin contact despite precautionary measures, washimmediately and thoroughly with plenty of warm water and obtain medical attention.
HANDLING:
EliminorTXW suggested not to be stored the material in open. Keep the container tightly closed when not inuse.
STORAGE:
Eliminor TXW may be fed either diluted or neatinto the vortex of the stirred tank. Eductor may be used for efficientdispersion of polymer. Paddle stirrersoperating at 30 to 60 rpm is
recommended for dissolution. Use filtered water,free from suspended solids to prepare stock solution of 0.2 to 0.5% ofconcentration. Prepare feed solution by diluting stock solution about ten
timesdirectly or on-line diluting. Water maybe heated to 50o C to accelerate the dissolution. Higher temperatures are not recommended. EliminorTXW dosage for colour removal
application is normally between 50 to 250 PPMdepending on characteristics and nature of the effluent and nature of reactivedyes.
