Flocculant Plants

The hydration volume inherent in all RESOURCESTM Mining Technologies Flocculant Plants provides the flexibility and capability to adjust make up concentrations within the correct boundaries for the proposed polymer products. This design is consistent with both the recommendations and the support of most major flocculant chemical suppliers.

The RESOURCES Modular M-Series design uses a proprietary and unique dual tank system on a single structural base to provide the correct hydration volume and time for flocculant preparation. This design allows continuous flocculant delivery without the need for pumping for tank transfer. Unnecessary mechanical complexity and impractically high flocculant concentrations are avoided. The flocculant is fully hydrated and activated before dosing to the process. The correct dilution and volume allows efficient and complete dispersion of the hydrated polymer into the process and optimizes thickener performance and efficiency.
