The Water-supply System Set

ZH CR 5.8.3 SP   Pressure boosting system supplied as compact assembly. The system consists of:A: 3 vertical multistage centrifugal pumps, type CR5-8 .Pump bases and heads are of cast iron, other vital parts are made of stainless steel.One pump is frequency- converter controlled,the others are mains operated (start/stop).B: Two manifolds of steel EN 1.4301.On request the two manifolds are available in stainless steel, DIN  1.4301.C: One non-return valve and two isolating valves for each pump.D: Adapter with isolating valve for connection of diaphragm tank.E: Pressure gauge and pressure transmitterF: Base frame of stainless steel EN 1.4301G: Control SZH in a steel cabinet, IP54,including main switch, all required fuses,motor protection, switching equipment and microprocessor-controlled S7-200. Dry-running protection and diaphragm tank area available according to the list of accessories. Pump operation is controlled by Control SZH with the following functions:- Constant pressure control through continuously variable adjustment of the speed of one pump and on/off operation of the rest of the pumps.- Stop function at low flow.- Automatic changeover to mains operation in case of defective frequency converter.- Automatic cascade control of pumps.- Possibility of set point influence:* proportional influence (proportional pressure),* external set point influence.- Possibility of remote control:* system on/off.- Pump and system monitoring functions:* inlet pressure,* motor protection.
