Product Details
The device adopts the combination of steam (electrical) heating; the 1st stage cone wave plate gravity and coalesce separation; the 1st and the 2nd stage fiber filter and the 3rd stage membrane permeation in order to make the treated bilge water to meet the requirements of discharge standard of the resolution of IMO MEPC.107(49).
Principle:
This separator has been obtained the Type Approval of CCS and IMO circular in July 2007,and EC Type approval Certificate, issued by GL in Germany in Dec,2008 and future USCG Certificate in 2009.
This separator of 9 types with the capacity from 0.25m3/h to 5.003/h. The smallest type (0.25) can be installed on ship less than 1000 DWT. The biggest type (5.00) can be installed on ship more than 300 thousand DWT. This separator can also be used in industrial and petroleum, besides in ship vessels. The effluent oil content from this separator can meet any standards of Environment Bureau in China.
