Double-chamber Floating Ion Exchanger

  The equipment is a kind of water demineralization system with counter-flow regeneration; the raw water flows in from the bottom and discharges from the top, while the regeneration liquid flows in from the top and discharges from the bottom. The equipment is normally used in case of high flow rate. The equipment is divided into upper and lower chambers with weak type resin loaded in the upper chamber. Combination use of both strong and weak resins is suggested for treatment of raw water with salt content > 500mg/L; the equipment may work with RO system or other demineralization systems for treatment of raw water with salt content even higher than 500mg/L. Despite its high operation flow speed and output capacity, the equipment is relative complicated in structure with stricter requirements for resin; moreover, the equipment can only be used under the specified water quality condition.
