Chemical Dosing Device

Install blow down pipe and control valve at the bottom of dilution tank and dissolving tank, when consumer need to keep maintenance, can open this valve to drain the medicament. 

Workflow: Inject miring water or tap water into dilution tank firstly, add medicament into dilution tank secondly, and start up stirring device, after mixing, open control valve of dilution tank and dissolving tank, medicament in dilution tank flows into dissolving tank, add water into dilution tank in order to standby after add medicament into dissolving tank, later, open control valve between metering pump and dissolving tank, at last start up metering pump, transport the medicament to destination.

JY Type Chemical Dosing Device is made up of dilution tank, dissolving tank, stirring device, metering pump, platform framing and power distribution cabinet. Dilution tank, dissolving tank may select carbon steel, stainless steel as its material, stirring device is composed of motor, chassis, stain less steel mixer shaft and impeller, metering pump is exported product.
