In the Fall of 2000 a couple of enterprising individuals decided to satisfy a need by creating a company that would provide African born Hair braiding business owners with a product from the motherland.This need arose from the fact that the cost of human hair was skyrocketing, making it less lucrative for the various businesses; therefore a product that these business owners were familiar with would now be available to them on a regular basis with lower overhead and a better margin of profit.Color Creations, while supplying the Darling hair line within the Metro Atlanta area, began marketing the product in other metro areas. As more second tier customers were getting thier hair with Darling Hair, the product started gaining in popularity amongst the various communities. |
