Canned Tuna

Refrigerated trucks carry freshly caught and carefully selected tuna to the factory directly. It is then de-heated and then gutted. Later, the H & G product is cooked by steaming for 75 minutes at 120 degree celsius. This process depends largely on the size of the product. The product is then cooled to be skinned, loined and then finally cleaned. The loins are used for can filling purpose into the Tuna  packer. Before adding oil / brine filling and seaming, the total product weight is confirmed by checking. For around 79 minutes, the cans are put for retorting at 114 degree celsius after washing and checking them. Air blowers are then used for cooling the cans. An eight hours, the cans are then checked, coded, labeled and utimately packed in the cartons.
