The fish will not be slaugthered. It will be schock frozen and immediatly diped in fresh water. That protects the fish against freeze burn. Each fish is single diped.
Packing in plastic and cardboard box to 10 kg.
Availabe in 20 ft container aprox. 8.000 kg or 40 ft aprox 16.000 kg.
Only available from August through January.
