Lafitte Frozen Foods Corporation is continuously growing and expanding.  Until recently, we were a shrimp peeling and headless shrimp processor packing block frozen products. The company made a decision to invest in value added shrimp products and we have recently installed several new processing machines (Jonsson PTO, IQF and Triangle scale and bagging equipment) to give us the flexibility to do many different styles of shrimp which compliments our existing line of shrimp peeling equipment. Our line of frozen shrimp products now include peeled, peeled and deveined, headless, PDTO and E-Z peel and come in a variety of packages including 20lb bulk, 5lb block, and a variety of individual IQF packages from 1lb to 5lb.

Lafitte Frozen Foods Corporation has been in the shrimp business for over 30 years.  In those 30 years we have grown to become one of the largest shrimp producing factories on the northern coast of the Gulf of Mexico processing domestic caught shrimp.  We currently have two shrimp processing plants and both are in South Louisiana.  Our main factory is located in Lafitte and the other factory is in Dulac.  Both factories are situated in excellent locations for local fisherman to unload their daily catch thus ensuring the freshest product available.  We also truck in fresh shrimp from all along the northern coast of the Gulf.
