It all begin three decades ago with a dream in our heart, full trust in hard work and faith in GOD. Our diligent efforts in pursing our dream resulted in establishing and enterprise called VIPUL.

With nationwide distribution network and quality products, VIPUL became a household name for sarees and dress material. Today Vipul is leading textile company in the country

After establishing ourselves firmly in the textile industry, instead of being complacent, we decided to branch out in newer fields. It was a planned decision to venture into marine product export business under the brand name "CHIRAG". Following the principals of quality consciousness and business ethics, CHIRAG soon set new milestones in the marine product exports. Today, apart from CHIRAG we have various other brands in seafood products i.e. ROMA, ALPS, ACELINE.

On the strength of a team, along chain of activities is carried out flawlessly. With the help of modern trawlers and sophisticated fishing equipments and experienced fishermen take up the challenge of the seas and fighting rough weather to bring back treasures from the unpolluted waters of Western coast of India. The coast is well known as rich source of a variety of Shellfish and finfish. The precious catch is taken out by our fleet of more than 100 insulated temperature controlled vans to strategically located plants in Maharashtra and Gujarat.

Modern blast and block freezers are equipped to handle 150 MT of fish per day. A new IQF & cooking (steam & water) blanching lines handles up to 10 tons per day of finished value added products in shrimps & cephalopods. These finished goods are directly loaded from our cold storage into freezer containers to maintain the cold chain. The entire raw material processing is chemical free and hence 100% natural. Our products are packed in attractive and strong corrugated / thermocol boxes ensuring safe landing at any destination world over. More than 2000 workers, 100 supervisors and 20 managers work with a single-minded motivation and help us excel in everything we do.

We not only set our own targets but surpass them. No wonder our expertise in processing and packaging frozen fresh chilled fish in minimum time has created demand world over
