Dominion fish has available for immediate purchase Sushi Grade Albacore Tuna to the following specs:

Our product is carefully handled and sorted for size  at our unloading docks.

After the tuna is caught it is then properly bleed in a cold water bath for 30 mins, then the product is carefully put onto the blast freezer racks where it attains a core temp of - 30C.

Dominion International Fish Corporation has over eight commercial tuna vessels which supply our markets.

Fresh out of the boats freezers being sorted for size and inspected for core temp.
