If you choose to do business with us on a Contractual Basis, you will become our CONTRACT INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR in your country. As our INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR, you'll pay for products purchased from us with your own money using Irrevocable Sight Letter of Credit (L/C) or Full Advance Payment 100% T/T. You must be willing to sign a 2-year renewable INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR CONTRACT AGREEMENT with us. Your monthly minimum purchase quota will be US$20,000 (NOT LESS THAN A 40 FT CONTAINER LOAD OF PRODUCTS) for the beginning months and will gradually increase in later months.
