Surimi (fish paste) is fish protein processed from fresh fish and frozen in blocks. It is the raw material used in a variety of seafood based products, and is a good source of nutrients.
We are able to supply the following types of surimi, all freshly caught: Threadfin Bream (Itoyori), Big Eye (Kinmedai), Lizard Fish (Eso), and Mix, with gel strength ranging from 300-800, whiteness
60 and above. Packing size is 10kgx2 per carton, and frozen in -18oC.
