We are looking for the following products, Scientific Name or Common name, Sardina pilchardus or Pilchard / Sardine, Sardinops caerulea or Californian Pilchard, Sardinops sagax or Chilean Pilchard, Sardinops melanosticta or Japanese Pilchard, Sardinops ocellata or South African Pilchard, Sardinops neopilchardus or Pilchard / Picton herring.The product will be evaluated in accordance with the requirements of the relevant Compulsory Specification and a report will be issued informing you whether the product is acceptable.Each consignment will be sampled and evaluated on its own merits.

Canned Sardine with Drain Weight has to be at least 70%
