Bahamas Fresh Tuna

Our tuna are caught in purse seine nets  then transfered into1500 meter towing cages and transported to our Tuna Farm where they are treated as VIP guests and fed on Fresh Flying Fish until your order has been placed.  The tuna are harvested under the strictest conditions to maiximise a grade A quality product.  All products are fresh and orders come from the tuna pens where they are immedialty chilled and depending on the customers request flash frozen or packed with ice to maximise freshness. Its almost like catching it yourself.
